Nice, stretchable waist sweat band
This is a good sweat band/waist trimmer. I opted for the large size just to make sure I had the right one and it fits a little big, but that's fine. That allows for more stability and comfort around my waist. It's easy to use, although if you want a truly tight fit I suggest having someone help you with it. The velcro could be better/stronger, but overall it still does the job just fine. I really like the pocket it has sewn into it which is nice for a phone, cash, or even a small towel to wipe your face with. If you're in the market for a sweat band/waist trimmer at a reasonable price, I highly recommend getting this one.

    I have only used this waist trainer once and cannot wait to get to the gym and wear it again! I ordered recommended small size and its perfect! I could tighten it for comfort and used it at the gym for all my strength training needs for core exercises! It definitely helped me work up a great sweat! It also provided good back support. I was able to increase my weights on a back machine and not have any discomfort the next day as I have in the past without the trainer. I washed it first time after use in sink and let it air dry on a rack. I then purchased the spray that comes with a cleaning cloth and will use that in between washings. So far, great value, quality product and would purchase again!

Because I went up a size out of necessity, the fit is not quite as snug and compressive as I would ideally like it to be for maximum effectiveness during a workout.
